Peter is one of Europe's most experienced and highly qualified executive coaches: He has worked with many highly successful investment banks, hedge funds and blue-chip companies at all levels from board and C-suite level, to senior managers and key front-line rainmakers. Prior to training as a coach he worked in a number of investment banks, in many asset classes, and was formerly head of global strategy for Barclays Capital. He coaches senior executives on both individual and corporate strategies for success, and has been working for many years with senior traders at some of the world’s leading hedge funds and investment banks. Peter is thus ideally placed to support clients by combining pragmatic business experience, psychological insights and strategic awareness.
Peter trained in psychology with the London Gestalt Centre then went on to co-found The Academy of Executive Coaching. He has recently been elected to the Royal Society of Medicine as a Senior Associate Member for his contribution to “well-being” in the work place.
