Practical Trader Development & Education

Our philosophy when it comes to Trader and Fund Manager Education and Development is to focus on helping people to develop the skills, behaviours and practices they need in the workplace to succeed. Whilst we do pay attention to the theoretical and academic aspects, these are heavily catered for by universities, business schools, and most training organisations, and therefore we prefer to focus primarily on the practical aspects.

Currently we are in the early stages of developing a suite of practical courses, workshops and seminars which can help take people forward, and prepare themselves for the trading room. We also work with a number of providers to put together practical programmes to help training and development of risk-taking professionals and graduates.

The main programme we currently offer is our ‘Trading Behaviour and Psychology Course’. More details of this can be seen in the page link to the left.

Other programmes we are currently able to offer include:

  • Introduction to Behavioural Finance from a Financial Market Perspective.
  • Practical Application of Option Trading as both a Market-Maker and Strategic Risk-taker.
  • Using Price Action and Technical Analysis as a practical tool to help improve risk-taking, execution and management of trades.
  • Understanding the Financial Markets for Beginners and Graduates.

We can also construct and tailor courses and programmes to meet your need. Whether it is to a meet a need for or a gap in a Graduate and Internship development and education programmes, for awareness courses in risk related areas, or to add specialist knowledge on trading performance, psychology and behaviour.  Please feel free to contact us to know more about how we can help you in these areas.

Our courses can be delivered in-house or at external locations, andcan be modified or structured to fit in with the working demands and requirements of participants and businesses.
